We stand behind each and every product for sale on our website. All of Best Elk Antler products are carefully selected for nutritional value, quality and prince before being added to our catalog. However, from time to time, you may need to return products to us. We make this process as simple and easy as possible.
Best Elk Antler’s return policy is to offer a full refund of the product price if you are unsatisfied for any reason; however, you—the customer—are responsible for returning the product in saleable condition and paying for all shipping costs. If you do plan to make a return, you must notify Best Elk Antlers within 1 (one) week of receiving the products. All returns must be received by Best Elk Antlers within two weeks of notification of a return.
If you would like to process a return, please contact Best Elk Antlers via email or phone to obtain an RMA# for your return. This RMA# needs to be clearly printed on your return, and you should ship your return back to us using a trackable shipping service to ensure a safe delivery.
Upon receipt of your return, you will receive a refund for the value of the unused returned merchandise. At this time, we are not able to accept returns of any used items for safety reasons.
If you received free shipping on your outbound order you will be required to reimburse the actual outbound shipping cost when making a return.
For safety reasons, we cannot accept the return of any used items or antler chews.
At no time do we charge any restocking or repackaging fees. We value your business and hope that you don't need to return product to us, but want you to feel comfortable knowing that you can if needed.
